How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full access. We remind you by email before the trial ends, and you're only charged if you don't cancel. Cancel anytime during the trial and you pay nothing.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We show and bill in your local currency where we support one (USD, SGD, AUD, GBP, EUR), otherwise USD. Prices are set per region and include GST/VAT where it applies — no surprises at checkout.
Can I switch between Individual and Family?
Yes. You can upgrade from Individual to Family whenever your household grows.
Is billing monthly?
Plans are billed yearly — it keeps things simple and works out cheaper per month. That's roughly $4/month for Individual and $8/month for the whole Family.
