Cancel or withdraw from your contract

You can end your Zen Reader subscription here — no sign-in needed. Fill in the email address your subscription runs under and confirm. Your declaration takes effect when you submit it, and we immediately email you a confirmation of receipt with the date and time.

Subscribed through the App Store on an iPhone or iPad? Apple manages that subscription, so it has to be cancelled in your Apple account — this form cannot stop it, and neither can we. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions → Zen Reader → Cancel Subscription. On a Mac: App Store → your name → Account Settings. Or go straight to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. You are still welcome to submit the form below; we will record your declaration and email you these steps.

What would you like to do?

Cancel my contract (subscription) Stops the renewal — no further charges. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for (or your free trial), then the plan ends. Withdraw from my contract (within 14 days) Within 14 days of subscribing, wherever you live: withdraw from the contract entirely. During the free trial you pay nothing; any charge already made is refunded as set out on the Right of withdrawal page, which also carries the model withdrawal form.
